GILLETTE, HORTON S. 85, of 735 Matthews St. husband of M. Eleanor Rowley (O'Connell) (Wyman) Gillette, died 24 August 1994. Born 9 February 1908 in Burlington, he was a son of the late Edwin Samuel Gillette and Miriam (Curtis) Gillette. Horton was a past master of Whigville Grange #48. In addition to his wife, he leaves two daughters, Miriam Strong and Florence Stimpson; a step-daughter, Shirley O'Connell Juraska of Wolcott; a brother, Arnold of Bristol. Burial in New Pine Grove Cemetery, Waterbury, CT.
