| He was discharged 04 Nov 1864. In July 1865,
he was in Grant Co., WI, Sep 1887 in Benton Co., AR, July 1890 he
was found in Spokane Co., WA, in Nov 1907, Stevens Co., WA.
He had previously been identified as a son of Jacob Rowley, with a Spencer number of #1-7.1013. However, the dates do not check out too closely, so that assumption should be examined carefully. [That family was found in Kendall Co., IL in 1850, and is believed to be the family in Grant Co., WI in 1860. There was a William W. Rowley, of approximately the right age, in Grant Co., WI who has been identified with another family.] |
