He was taken prisoner in the 7 days fight before Richmond, 30 Jun 1862, and after 21 days was paroled with McClellan's sick and injured, and was discharged 19 Sep 1862. He re-enlisted in 1864. The soldier is Spencer #1-7.1556/8.3. |
